Air Line Filter Cartridge (also known as a filter element) is the internal, replaceable component of a compressed air filter housing. Its primary job is to remove contaminants—specifically liquid water, oil aerosols, atmospheric dust, and pipe scale—from the compressed air stream to protect pneumatic tools and sensitive production processes.
